What we ARE:

What we are NOT:

  • An airline (we don't own or operate planes)

  • A licensed travel agency (we're affiliate marketers)

  • The company that actually processes your flight reservation

  • Responsible for airline operations, delays, or cancellations

Our role: We help you find good flight options and connect you with our booking partners who handle the actual reservation.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using our website or service, you agree to:

  • Your contact information (phone and email)

Step 2: We Show You Personalized Options

Based on your answers, we show you the best flight options from our partner airlines.

Step 3: You Book Through Our Partners

You can:

  • Call us and we'll help you book.

  • Book directly through the airline or booking partner we recommend.

  • Schedule a callback if you prefer.

Step 4: Our Partner Processes Your Reservation

The airline or booking agent handles your actual booking, payment, and tickets.

Important: Once you book, you're entering a contract with the airline or booking partner—not with us directly.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices Can Change

Flight prices change constantly. Sometimes every hour.

The prices we show you are accurate at the time you take the quiz, but:

  • They might go up (or down) before you book.

  • Availability can run out.

  • Airlines can change prices without warning.

We are not responsible if a price changes between when you see it and when you book.

Our advice: If you see a good price, book it quickly.

All Fees Should Be Included

We try to show you the total price, including all fees (taxes, baggage, seat selection, etc.).

But sometimes airlines add fees during the booking process that we didn't know about. Always review the final price before confirming your booking.

We Don't Process Payments

We don't handle your credit card or payment information. Our booking partners do.

If you have questions about charges, refunds, or payment issues, contact the airline or booking agent directly.

Currency

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

If you're paying in a different currency, your bank or credit card company might charge conversion fees.

6. Bookings and Reservations

We're the middleman.

When you book through us, you're making a reservation with the airline or booking partner—not with 24x7 Airlines.

This means:

  • The airline's terms and conditions apply to your booking.

  • The airline's cancellation and change policies apply.

  • The airline is responsible for fulfilling your reservation.

  • We can help facilitate communication, but we can't override airline policies.

Confirmation

After booking, you should receive:

  • A confirmation email from the airline or booking partner

  • A booking reference number (also called PNR or confirmation code)

  • Details about your flight

Check your email (including the spam folder) for this confirmation. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, contact us or the booking partner immediately.

Tickets

Most airlines now use e-tickets (electronic tickets). You'll usually receive:

  • An email with your ticket information

  • Instructions for online check-in

  • A booking reference you can use to access your reservation

Print or save your confirmation. You might need it at the airport.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Airline Policies Apply

Every airline has different rules about changes and cancellations.

Before you book, make sure you understand:

  • Can you cancel? Is it refundable?

  • How much does it cost to change your flight?

  • What happens if you miss your flight?

  • What are the deadlines for changes?

Refunds

  • When you request the refund

Refunds can take 7-30 days (sometimes longer) to process back to your credit card.

We don't control refund timing or decisions. That's up to the airline or booking partner.

8. Flight Disruptions

Sometimes flights get cancelled or delayed. It happens.

We Are Not Responsible For:

  • Weather delays or cancellations

  • Mechanical problems

  • Airline staff strikes

9. Your Responsibilities

After taking our quiz, please answer your phone or check your email.

If we can't reach you:

14. Indemnification
